Your breathing reflects your state of mind. If your breathing is shallow and irregular, your mind is distracted and less concentrated; when your breathing is deep and calm, your mind follows. Now, with the Chakra Breathing Meditations app, you have access to a revitalizing home-practice program to quiet your mind and energize your body. World-acclaimed frame drummer Layne Redmond shows you how to tap into this ancient practice through simple breathing exercises combined with movement and syncopated music.

Awaken all seven energy centers of your body, using:
- Yogic breathing to achieve an expanded state of awareness
- Seated meditations to activate each of the seven chakras
- Standing meditation with full yogic breath
- A walking and breathing meditation accompanied by spirited drums and music
- Music by Layne Redmond and Tommy Brunjes, with frame drums, a Tibetan singing bowl, hand struck bells and chimes, and a tamboura

Your breath is a direct means of unifying and purifying your consciousness. Join Layne Redmond in these meditations to allow an expanded, more complete, and integrated state of consciousness to come into existence.

The Chakra Breathing Meditations app features:
- Three guided meditation practices with Layne Redmond (1 hour, 14 minutes of audio teachings)
- A study guide to deepen your experience and understanding of chakra breathing meditation
- A relaxing slide show
- An interactive vine garden to enjoy while listening (iPad only)
- Bookmarking to help you easily find your favorite content
- Bonus excerpt from Layne’s book Chakra Meditation
